I am proud to offer a series of Menopause Yoga (MenoYoga) workshops.
These workshops are designed to focus on ways to complement and support hormone changes the female body experiences as we venture towards peri-menopause, through menopause and post-menopause.
Please note – MenoYoga workshops are not to treat those with fertility conditions, not to be used instead of professional medical treatment, and will not alter your hormones.
MenoYoga workshops will focus on recognising and managing symptoms commonly found by women on their individual ‘hormone journey through life’.
The workshops are for anyone feeling they would benefit from some female hormone support.

MenoYoga Workshops
Summary: A monthly Meno Yoga workshop offering a supportive and nurturing space to explore the transitions of menopause. Whether you’re seeking relief from symptoms, looking to reconnect with your body, or simply needing a moment to pause and be, these sessions are designed with you in mind.
Menopause can be a confusing and isolating time. Your body is changing, emotions can feel overwhelming, and it’s not always easy to talk about. That’s why these sessions are built around community, connection, and compassion. Together, we explore the challenges of menopause and share what’s helped us navigate them – whether it’s calming a racing mind, finding better sleep, or reclaiming a sense of self.
Each session includes:
- Grounding breathing techniques to calm the mind and balance the nervous system
- A yoga practice to release tension, improve circulation and digestion, and maintain strength and flexibility
- Soothing mantras and affirmations to support emotional resilience
- Refreshments; tea/coffee of choice
- Time to share experiences in a warm, confidential circle – where every story is respected
- A handout of practical information, tips and suggestionsto take away
Symptoms we may explore include:
- Hot flushes, cold flashes and night sweats
- Anxiety, overwhelm, and mood swings
- Joint stiffness and muscle tension
- Digestive issues and bloating
- Sleep disruptions and fatigue
