How much does a class cost?
Prices are £9 per class, or £50 for a 6 class pass.
The 6 class pass is valid for three months and the three month period will start on the date of your first class. Any classes left on the pass after three months will be lost. Class passes can be used for any Village Hall/Community Centre/Online where I teach (but not classes at The Self Centre).
Unfortunately class passes cannot be shared between two people.
Please note that you don’t need to attend 6 consecutive weeks, but you do need to book each class on the online booking system on the Book Here page.
Workshops are individually priced, depending on length, venue and content – please see event schedule information.
1:1, private and corporate class prices will be agreed on an individual basis.
How do I pay?
Payment must be made in advance, at the time of booking the class, by credit or debit card via the online booking system.
If you are unable to make payments this way please do let me know.
How do I book?
To book please go to the Book Here page and follow the instructions.
Class numbers are limited so spaces will be on a first-come, first-served basis. Please do not assume you have a place unless you have booked.
What if I have to cancel?
If you have booked a class and can no longer make it please cancel or transfer your booking to another session via the link on the confirmation email you would have received when you booked the class. If you do this at least 2 hours before the start of the class you can transfer your payment over to another session.

Why do you need health information?
When you book your first class you will be asked to complete some personal details via the BookWhen.com online booking system.
This is because some postures should not be done with certain medical conditions. Therefore, it is important that I know of any you may have, and also if you are pregnant, recently had a baby, or have recently had any type of surgical operation.
All personal details will be retained by BookWhen.com on their secure server in London. You can view BookWhen.com Privacy Statement here.
