Mat-based classes are currently offered in Horringer, Chedburgh and at The Self Centre (Bury St Edmunds).
Chair-based classes are currently offered in Thurston and Woolpit.
Sound sessions are currently offered monthly at The Self Centre : Restorative Yoga with Singing Bowl Workshops'

What do I wear?
Wear anything that is comfortable and does not restrict your movement.
I am not flexible, can I practice yoga?
Absolutely! Yoga will give you flexibility, but you do not have to be flexible to practice yoga.
What do I need to bring with me?
A yoga mat, a bottle of water and yourself are key! Please also bring any other yoga props you have, like a yoga brick, block and strap. Some people like to bring a blanket or cushion for relaxation.
